It's the first day of November and time to reflect on the things I am grateful for. Life has been amazing these past few months and I have much to be thankful for. My graduation ceremony is coming up in a month and a half, this will be the first time I have ever walked for a graduation and I am getting very excited. I am all settled in at home, while it was sad to leave my friends in California, it feels very good to be home. I get to see my family often and I missed that dearly for the last 3 years. I've been able to visit with old friends, and even have some pretty exciting new ones in my life. I have started teaching photography workshops at the college and may even be hired on as a course instructor by next semester. My photography business is up, it's been a slow start but it's going and I am having a lot of fun with it so far. I think the future is more exciting than it has ever been to me before and I look forward to what it brings. I just wanted to take a moment to lay in the grass, feel the sun on my face, and be grateful to be alive.
